Well, I have been in Arizona since Feb 9th. My dad and I had a great trip down here and it was great to have him help drive me down. I felt much more at ease going over the pass knowing that he was there and he could help put chains on if needed. Thank goodness it wasn't necessary! I think we actually picked the right time to leave, and we had a wonderful trip down. We even went to Disneyland!
Since arriving to AZ I have been trying to find a job, it would just make me feel better knowing that I have income coming in soon. Its very difficult for me not to work, because I am so used to working. I have basically had a job since i was 16. I take pride in going to work, and having something that I enjoy doing. It is also difficult since I had such a great group of people that I had been working with. I miss them all very much! I really do know how lucky I was to have such a great group of people to work with.
Kyle is extremely busy with school, but I'm glad that he's doing so well. It was nice to spend spring break with him. We went to Vegas and also took a trip down to Tucson. We also celebrated my 25th birthday! 25 sounds old.. but I am really excited to be 25. It sounds like a good age to me. It was great, we were able to sleep in, and then make breakfast together! We went to a Spring League game - the A's vs. the Cubs. We then went and celebrated at a Oregano's (an Italian restaurant) we finished off the night with bowling. It was had not being close to my family and my close friends, but all in all it was a great day.
