Still Slow...But something good is about to happen... right??

Well its still been slow for me this week in the job hunt but... I have a good feeling about this next week... and the end of this week.

Things have been a little crazy for me other than the job hunt... this is what has been going on: 

~Kyle has been studying like crazy- he had two tests this week & has more next week.  I guess this weekend will be pretty low key! I hope the weekend involves a pool of some sort.. maybe a BBQ

~My Grandma G. had open heart surgery- this was extremely scary for me since I am so far away. She made it through the surgery and is recovering!  I'm so happy that she is OK, I was so worried. Her strength is incredible, and I was a bigger mess than she was before her surgery.  I cant wait to get back to Oregon and check on her.

~On Monday evening Kyle and I noticed that our aero bed was low, and found a rather large hole & we attempted to patch it with gorilla glue and packing tape.  It was unsuccessful, so we slept on the floor.  We then purchased a patch kit from a camping store and thought that we fixed the leak.  I can tell you now that it was unsuccessful, because I am currently sitting on the bed maybe an inch above the floor.  I guess that's what we get for owning an air bed.  

~I'm missing everyone and thinking about coming home... I hope that it works out and maybe I can take some time to help out my Grandma and Grandpa. As well as visit the rest of my friends and family! I will keep you all posted on the status of a visit.

Other than that, I'm still searching for a job and enjoying the sun. Cross your fingers for me, say a prayer!  What ever will work to get me my job!
